H & T Industrial Disab Vacuumation, Industrial Cleaning, Disab Vacuum Trucks, Lincolnshire, UK
It is important to understand that these machines are not a standard ‘sludge gulping’
vacuum tankers — they are high performance materials handling plant that are capable
of sucking heavy solids and viscous liquids over impressive distances at high flow
rates that provide a quicker, safer, flexible and more economical solution to the
standard alternatives.
- When you combine the power of the DISAB machinery with our wealth of industrial cleaning
and material handling knowledge and expertise it soon becomes obvious that H&T are
the first call to solve a problem for our customers.
At H&T Services we own and run a fleet of DISAB high air flow machines, all are capable
of sucking, blowing and tipping wet and dry materials.
The Disab Advantage
- Higher power.
- Higher air flow.
- Higher Vacuum.· More material moved per hour.
- 8 Inch suction line allows larger lumps to be moved.
- Telescopic boom with extension pipes reduces manual handling for high level work.
- "Donkey engine" solution (Vacuum engine running on red diesel to reduce running
costs)
- Low noise level 75 dBA (at 7 meters distance from unit)
- A unique filter solution, gives dust emission of only 1,3 mg/m³
- Industry leading quality machinery giving long a lifetime, excellent reliability
and uptime.
High Tip
- Our high tip unit gives added flexibility in that it will suck material and then
tip in to skips or 1 tonne bags (big bags).
- Combined with our own roll on, roll off skips and skip truck this gives an extremely
effective system in cases where material needs to be taken off site for disposal
of recycling.
- Using this method the Disab can remain on site maximising the time spent vacuuming
whilst the skip lorry does the haulage work.
Two Discharge Blowers
- Often the material vacuumed up on site is required to be blown back in to a client’s
silo.
- Most suck and blow trucks use the same compressor for blowing as sucking. This can
cause slow discharge on silos with 4” blowing lines and problems with filter overloading
on small silos with static filters.
- To over come such problems we have fitted a second blower to our silver unit. This
second compressor delivers a smaller volume but at a higher pressure (1.7 bar maximum)
the same as a bulk powder road tanker blowing system. This compressor is selected
for rapid discharge up 4” lines or into smaller silos.
- The standard compressor is still used where a larger discharge pipe is available.
Many of our clients specify that product is blown back in to their systems for recycling.
We regularly and successfully blow material back in to silos or direct into process
plant at heights of up to 45m.
ln summary, our vacuumation services offer a safe, convenient, productive and often
a more elegant solution to ALL industry requirements. We must stress again that these
machines should not be compared to a typical road tanker, they are not even in the
same game never mind league! The cartoon below shows some of the more common tasks
