Cleaning Management

H & T are able to provide an additional service which offers our clients more than just the hire of a vacuum tanker and skilled operators.

We understand that effective process cleaning is a key part of the operational strategy of any process plant.  It has close tie-ins with production, maintenance and improvements.  H & T are able to play that key role.

We are able to visit your site and make detailed surveys of your plant with your operational staff so that the key spillage areas can be identified.  We will produce a detailed report on our findings including photos and drawings.  We will then be able to recommend the best method for removal of the material.

During the clean up stage we will conduct regular reviews and again where appropriate produce progress reports.

On completion of the work we can produce a detailed report highlighting the before and after condition of the plant.  We can also point out any issues in terms of continued spillage and offer advice on how the plant may be improved.

This type of reporting may be part of a longer term contract or may be generated for one off projects.

Often the reports are used by our clients as part of the case to justify cleaning budgets or to highlight the need for Capital expenditure to improve an item of plant or area.

We are able to provide the reports in hard copy format or electronically and if required can produce them in a presentation format ready for your operational staff to use.
