Formed in 1988, H. & T. Labour and Vacuumation Services Ltd has developed into the UK’s premier specialist cleaning and materials handling company. We regularly carry out industrial cleaning, silo cleaning, Disab vacuum truck work (including food grade) vacuum transfer, sludge removal, slurry removal, decommissioning works and site decontamination, furnace cleaning, blockage and bridge clearance, grit blasting and protective coatings, working at height, confined space and industrial rope access as well as skip hire and the provision of manual labour. All with full UK coverage.
Through our partnerships with selected contractors we are also able to offer remote CCTV surveys, water jetting, specialist chemical removal, chemical analysis and testing, ground works and material haulage.

Following the demise of Silo Industry giant Braby, H&T have invested in new equipment and employed the staff and working teams from the sister company Braby Silo Servicing & Cleaning Limited (BSSCL) to expand our port folio and professional services further. H&T and all staff at the former BSSCL have enjoyed a long and rewarding working history. This expansion allows us to provide you with an even greater range of services with the safety, skills, equipment, coverage and professionalism required by modern industry.
Having an in-house fleet of Disab Vacuumation units and a large work force of suitably trained skilled labour we are able to perform our services with efficiency and ease, be it utilising our heavy industrial machinery or the finesse of a rope access engineer for detailed work placement.

We have excellent connections in to the waste recycling and disposal sectors with a good track record in finding ways to cost effectively remove materials in an environmentally positive way. We aim where possible to help clients rework materials back into their processes or recover product for use. Where this isn't possible we can take the material to land spreading or composting, or if required to treatment facilities and landfill.
We carryout wet work using the high air flow and power of the Disab vacuum truck to remove sludge, slurries, filter-cakes, sediments and filter media – we regularly work with the water treatment industry. Dry work includes powders, granular materials, aggregates, ash. All materials can be sucked and then tipped or blown. We can also suck into vacuum skips or tip into open skips.
